 Hook Reports operates on a profit-sharing model, much like YouTube and other major content platforms. We generate revenue through subscriptions and premium features, then share the profits with the creators who fuel the platform. 

 We pay out 70% of the profits directly to creators. 

Your earnings are based on two things:

1. Engagement – how many people interact with your content 
2. Ratings – how users score the quality and usefulness of your reports
    

At the end of each month, we calculate a Creator Score for every contributor:

Creator Score = Engagement * Rating

Creator Payment = (Total Profit * 70% * Creator Score) / Total Score  

 The more valuable and engaging your content is, the more you earn. Simple, fair, and focused on rewarding the anglers who share real, useful reports. 

 Signing up is quick and easy. Just create your profile in the Hook Reports app and tap “Get Paid to Fish!”. We’ll walk you through the entire setup process.

You’ll be guided step-by-step to activate your Creator Account, including connecting to Stripe, our secure payment provider. All payouts are handled through Stripe to ensure fast, reliable deposits directly to your bank account.

You must be 18 or older to become a Creator and receive payments.  We have a $20 minimum payout.

 Share your fishing trips, insights, tactics, and catches in a report format. You can include text, images, video links, and even map pins to highlight locations. Whether it’s a daily trip log, a seasonal pattern breakdown, or a behind-the-scenes story your audience can’t get anywhere else — this is your space to showcase your expertise and connect with serious anglers.  

 Once you've posted content, share it with your existing followers across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or your email list. Every view and positive rating helps grow your presence and increases your payout.
