End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Hook Reports

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Hook Reports("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Hook Reports mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Hook Reports grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device that you own or control.

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code.
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the App to any third party.
• Use the App to develop a competing product or service.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the App.

• The App and all associated content, software, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Hook Reports.
• This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide regarding the App may be used by us without compensation or obligation to you.

Hook Reports allows users to post fishing reports, discussions, and media content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Hook Reports a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App and related services.

• Is illegal, defamatory, offensive, abusive, or discriminatory.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this Agreement.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Hate speech, harassment, or threats against other users.
• Sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content.
• Spam, fraud, or misleading information.

Users may report objectionable content, and we will take appropriate action, including content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you agree to our data collection practices. You can review the Privacy Policy at https://hookreports.com/privacy-policy

• Hook Reports may provide updates, bug fixes, or new features to the App.
• These updates may automatically install without notice.
• Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the new version.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate this Agreement or the Terms of Use.
• You engage in abusive or fraudulent activities.
• Required by legal or regulatory authorities.

Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

• The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the App will be free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Hook Reports shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

You agree to indemnify and hold Hook Reports harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from:

• Your violation of this Agreement.
• Your User Content.
• Your use of the App in violation of laws or third-party rights.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

We may update this EULA at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Agreement.
